I would have given zero stars if there was an option. when I placed an order with delivery address in India, it took the default address which was US. I filed a ticket. The first response was fast but not good there after. Once the order was placed, the confirmation email came with three unclear tracking numbers but no mention of carrier(somewhere it said speedpost). Pathetic app and service. Now i dont even know if the order will be delivered to India or US.

Horrible customer experience. There is no confirmation of order provided via Mail or on Mobile number. I Ordered on 1st April and expected delivery date was around 4th April. The order is still not received . I cannot track the order as it shows invalid . Cannot connect with the customer support. No revert on mail. This is completely unprofessional/pathetic user experience. Feeling like this might be some SCAM. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

This app is fraudulent. For refund they sent me a link. After opening the link it asks to press the button for an OTP to verify my mobile number. What business do they have to ask for an OTP when I am receiving the payment? They already have my bank details. RBI always tells you don't need to give OTP when you are receiving the payment. I have mailed my concern to them umpteen no. of times but every time they send me the same link. My advice is never buy from from this app or forget refund.
