Recently it always says I'm not qualified somewhere at the end, or the survey just ends abruptly without any reason why, I don't receive a single point after 15 or more mins dealing with the survey, it really pisses me off man. Sometimes it doesn't even say the survey ended, I just go back to the main page. Sometimes the survey is still available, sometimes not. Fix your app please

The app hardly ever has surveys. I may catch one once a month or every other month. It rarely has items to be so called reviewed. The ones it does I never got chosen to participate in. It does have items you can choose from to purchase using points but you can't even do that if you can't get surveys and i.check for them quite often. Please fix your issues and I'll be happy to change my reviews. Thank you!

Our surveys are sent out based on qualification criteria arranged by our hosting clients. Sometimes your profile details will not fit with what they are looking for in their research. There are other times when we may be experiencing a slower period and we ask that you kindly bear with us during those times until we pick up.
