You receive a call from someone claiming to be your bank, your family member, or a trusted colleague. The number looks right. The voice sounds exactly the same. Everything looks fine to go into delicate information exchange; but, in fact, it’s an AI-generated voice at the other side, taking over the legitimate identity of the speaker.
Phone scams, caller ID spoofing, and voice deepfakes are increasingly everywhere. Fraudsters can fake phone numbers, manipulate their voices real-time, and convince you they're someone you trust.
MISTIS provides the certainty required to absolutely trust who you are speaking with.
AI models can recognise other AI’s (or humans) with a certain degree of certainty. We deliver final and direct user authentication without using AI.
We base our authentication mechanisms on the same rails credit card transactions authenticate. No AI model would be able to deliver the same result to an absolute precision.

How MISTIS Works
1. Download & register
Install MISTIS on your smartphone, subscribe and create your secure account.
2. Pair with your contacts
Exchange a one-time verification code with the people you trust (family, colleagues, business partners). You only do this once with each of your contact you want to establish secure calls with.
3. Make or receive calls and get instant authentication
Use your phone normally. When you call or receive a call from someone in your MISTIS network, the app automatically works in the background.
4. Get Instant Authentication
During the call, MISTIS confirms yours and the other person's identity. You see a verified badge on your screen – proof that the person on the line is who they claim to be.
5. Request an identity verification anytime (Push Challenge)
Want extra confirmation? Tap "Send Identity Challenge" during any call. MISTIS instantly performs a secure authentication check and shows you the result. If something feels off, you'll know immediately. If it’s you being challenged, you will have to authenticate locally on your device –the same way you unblock your screen tens of times per day.
