Y'know, I really put up with a lot of general annoyance with this app and it's games, but continued using it regardless. Now there is no point, as I cannot even redeem my points for rewards anymore. It makes you use your camera and scan your face to verify that you're not a robot (which, ew!) except it never works. The FAQ page for the face scan is completely broken, and so is the contact supprt option. I can't use my points and I can't contact anyone about it.

Let me start with the good things: the app is real, it does pay as advertised. The frustrating things: -pay attention to dates on money. Some may have limited times before they expire. -popups in game can be annoying when they cover important parts of the game at key times. The bs stuff: -I was notified that I had broken terms of use, not sure how since I'm just playing games. When I appeal, they can't look into it or reinstate my account. No explanation, no resolution, no payout...

The bad reviews are spot on. You download the app and earn the first $5 pretty quickly but after that it takes so much time to earn points. Sometimes you never get the amount of points you deserve for game play. After 6+ months I'm just now able and attempting to redeem a $25 gift card, only for it to need my location. I provide the location, then there's an error, then you have to contact support who says it will take them 3-5business days to respond. This was a waste of time.
