About this app

Chat with people around the world - in your own language.

MixTalk translates your text messages as you send them, so you can talk to people in other countries in the language you know best. In one-to-one chats you write in your language and your partner reads it in theirs.

TRANSLATION (FREE)
- Translate-on-send is on by default in one-to-one chats.
- Tap the globe icon under any message, moment or comment to read it in your language.
- In group chats, Translate sends your text in English, and anyone can tap the globe icon to read it in their own language.
- Text translation is free.

FACE-TO-FACE TRANSLATION
- The Assistant tab opens with Translate, a translator for talking in person: two mics, one for each of you.
- Hold a mic and speak; release to translate. The translation is shown and read aloud. (VIP)
- Typing to translate is free.

VOICE TRANSLATION (VIP)
- With Translate on, voice messages you send are turned into text and translated (in group chats, into English), shown under the voice message. Listeners don't need VIP.

SEARCH (VIP)
- The Assistant's Search page: ask a question by typing or by voice and get an answer with sources from the web.
- Tap + to translate a photo or a file (10 a day).

IMAGE TRANSLATION (VIP)
- On the Assistant's Translate page, tap Photo translate: take a photo or pick one from your gallery, and the translation is laid over the picture.
- In any chat, press and hold an image and choose Translate image.
- Image and file translation share 10 a day.

DICTIONARY AND WORDBOOK
- Look up words on the Assistant's Dictionary page or straight from a chat message.
- Save words to your wordbook, review them with flashcards and keep a daily streak.
- Free: 20 new words a day, 100 saved words and 10 new Word lists words a day. VIP: no limits, plus Ask AI about any word.

YOUR COMPANION
- Turn a photo of yourself into an animated companion in a 3D collectible-figure style.
- Dress it up, send it to friends, draw family portraits and walks together.
- Drawing uses points: VIP members get 3 points a month (1 point during a free trial), and points packs are available in the app.

MEET PEOPLE
- Find partners by language, nearby or online, or swipe in Match.
- Voice and video calls, group calls, group chats and voice rooms.
- Moments: share photos and videos with everyone.

- Sign in with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email. Text-message codes are currently available for Uzbekistan (+998) numbers only.

SAFETY
- Report or block anyone at any time.
- Choose whether you appear in Find Partners, can be found by ID, or receive calls.
- Delete your account at any time in Settings.
