Repayment period: 105-282 days
Interest rate (monthly): 5.6-9.1%
Interest rate (annual/APR): 67-109%

No fees, no late penalties.

Example: Borrow Ksh 7,000 with a total interest amount of Ksh 3,320 to be repaid over 258 days. The principal amount to be repaid is Ksh 7,000, and the interest amount to be repaid is Ksh 3,320. The interest amount is fixed and won't increase even if the customer's payments are behind schedule or if the customer takes more than 258 days to pay. There are no fees or late penalties charged -- the interest amount is the only cost of the loan.

So much for Gold customer? SO no loan after full repayment of previous loan??? SO much inconsistencies, unreliable, data safety, resell value. The best you can do is to be reliable enough to give constant loan & better price. no one is gonna run off because they're already held hostage with the phone.. This is making me want to get an iPhone & give this one out... 👀

The app was working fine after I paid my previous balance. I recently borrowed 100,000 Naira, and I have never defaulted on a payment before. However, last week, the app logged me out, and I haven't been able to log back in. If I didn't memorize my account number, my phone would probably be locked by now. Right now, I don't even know my remaining balance. I am stuck waiting for them to lock my phone just so I know it is time to pay. Please look into this issue."

Good but unreliable.i have paid promptly always, first for the phone, then the loans. Finished paying but could not get an offer for a loan. waited for 4 weeks to get a lower offer that only stood for 2 days. The day that inwas in need of the cash,i checked the app only to realise that am not qualifying. So frustrating. if someone pays all the loan and promptly, what disqualifies him?? you should review everything because in as much as you are good, you are unreliable
