Example: Borrow Ksh 7,000 with a total interest amount of Ksh 3,320 to be repaid over 258 days. The principal amount to be repaid is Ksh 7,000, and the interest amount to be repaid is Ksh 3,320. The interest amount is fixed and won't increase even if the customer's payments are behind schedule or if the customer takes more than 258 days to pay. There are no fees or late penalties charged -- the interest amount is the only cost of the loan.

Well, I can't begin to express my disappointments... After paying for at most 100k, cash loans included without a day missed, thinking that'd make a difference on my credit score, I was shocked when I they indicated that I was not qualified for the next loan,... It's disappointing and I'd recommend unistalling the app and never put your trust on these guys... Everytime I contact the agents they say.... "Sorry they are automatically generated...".... Then I guess your machines are broken...

After repaying my previous loan, I was offered a loan of ₦120,000, which I applied for. However, it has now been four days and I have not received the disbursement. Additionally, I noticed that the loan offer is no longer visible on my account. This situation is quite concerning and disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could urgently look into this matter and provide a clear update on the status of my application as soon as possible.

The app is amazing, it works so well but now the problem comes on the loan. I had a loan of Ksh. 22000, I took the savings that I had to pay the loan in good time, hoping that they will give me another loan with an increased limit. I'm so disappointed in a way that I can't explain, I was simply told that I can't qualify for another loan, I can only be given another phone, what for to be honest. You guys need to be serious just for ones.
