No fees, no late penalties.

Example: Borrow Ksh 7,000 with a total interest amount of Ksh 3,320 to be repaid over 258 days. The principal amount to be repaid is Ksh 7,000, and the interest amount to be repaid is Ksh 3,320. The interest amount is fixed and won't increase even if the customer's payments are behind schedule or if the customer takes more than 258 days to pay. There are no fees or late penalties charged -- the interest amount is the only cost of the loan.

The app is amazing, it works so well but now the problem comes on the loan. I had a loan of Ksh. 22000, I took the savings that I had to pay the loan in good time, hoping that they will give me another loan with an increased limit. I'm so disappointed in a way that I can't explain, I was simply told that I can't qualify for another loan, I can only be given another phone, what for to be honest. You guys need to be serious just for ones.

I wish I had an option to rate it negatively. my device failed to open new app even downloaded on play store. upon reaching out to customer care, they insisted on software update but there was no changes. This people keep focusing on new customer only. they forget that we were once new too🤦🤦🤦🤦🏃

I am giving one star because my phone can't open new apps because whenever I try to open newly downloaded app, the phone restarts. The only solution is a factory reset yet the reset options are not available. They were disabled by Mkopa. Even after payment, I can't access the full features of my phone. Even the number you have offered is to call for help is off
