Update: Beware runs an ad that says it app is out of date and needs to be updated, but it is not this app. Scamware at its best! Original: Design is clunky to use. The icons that are to indicate what the weather is supposed to be are so tiny that you have no clue what they mean. At a minimum, temp, percent chance of rain, and descriptor like sunny, cloudy, etc. should be boldly displayed. The weather radar is slow to use. There are much easier to use sources of information.

I rarely review apps unless they're really good or really bad. This is just a wrapper for their website, with some radar thrown in. That's fine, a lot of apps are the same way. What gets me are some of the full screen ads - there's no way to get past some of them them except to tap on the as, then go back to the app (looking at you, Wall Street Journal ads). I get they need ads to help pay their expenses, but ads that completely block the app are unacceptable.

Ok if you don't pay for ad removal. If you pay, you're gonna feel ripped off. I paid for a year, and I am still forced to watch ads sometimes. The app randomly forgets my login, and I'm forced to watch an ad just to log in. I'm gonna have to uninstall this thing and just go back to my other radar app. You shouldn't charge people to remove ads and then force them to watch ads to log in. Feels scammy. Don't subscribe. You might get some ad free experiences but not ad free.
