Ratings and reviews

Okay, but can be deceiving. For example, a car will show a $200 shipping price. Then you continue to checkout and shipping is suddenly $1,200, which is a pretty big jump. I appreciate the "no hidden fees" sentiment. But these seem pretty hidden while shopping around. Even the cars with "free shipping" suddenly show a $1,000+ shipping fee once you click on them.

Carvana was super easy, good customer service, seamless handover. Only complaint is there is a large gash on one of the wheel well trims that wasn't advertised. It wouldn't have changed my mind about the car if it was, but it definitely should have been included in the "imperfections" section. Other than that, great experience! The local dealership is taking a look at it tomorrow to make sure it's good and there's no issues that Carvana didn't catch/mention!

Who buys a car on an app? I totally did and it was very easy. I didn't like the first car I ordered (MY FAULT, it was too small), and I simply told them I hated it and they took it back and let me pick a different one! They bring them to my house, delivered to my door. I got to pick my down payment and my monthly, the buying process was so so simple, Ive had my car almost 3 years now and will buy another one when it's paid off soon. Payments made right in the app! Best experience ever.
