The app is friendly and easy to use. I purchased a vehicle without seeing a salesman, thank God, with the financing and all paperwork done right on the app. My first experience buying a car online only. I will never walk into a dealership again, unless I need a new car. All details for the vehicle was as indicated including the Carfax information and any imperfections.

1st experienxe was good. The process was lengthy but deal was closed. 2nd experience turned into a disaster, i decided to go for a 2nd car with them. Application went trough they ran my credit and withdrawn the down payment off my checking account. All that in 3 mns. Right after, 5 security questions came in app says my answeres were incorrect and banned me from using their financing for 6 months. They cancelled my order. It's been more than 15 days now never got refunded, despite many follow up

First vehicle was quick and easy.. didn't have all the features, speakers blown and mirror detection failed constantly. Plus hesitation to go. 1st swap took over a month. Issue after issue. Finally got the 2nd vehicle for it to not have the features I paid for, not serviced, or cleaned. I am currently on the 3rd week and just now able to finalize the purchase to swap for the final time due to them taking forever to put a credit on my account. 1 out of 20 advocates are decent and do what they say
