You create the report directly in the apartment, room by room. Take photos with your phone's camera, and they're automatically saved to the correct location. Enter meter readings, keys, and any defects as you go. Finally, both parties sign on the screen, and you generate the finished PDF—even before you leave the building.

Everything stays on your device

There's no account or registration required. Your reports, photos, and signatures are stored exclusively on your phone. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and nothing is analyzed. You don't even need an internet connection—the app works even in the basement without reception.

Backup is in your hands

Using "Back up all reports," you can pack your entire archive, including photos, into a single file and save it wherever you want: cloud storage, your computer, or an external hard drive. When you switch devices, you can restore them.
