I use their flashcard for ERP and parking. the worst experience ever. card do gets expired, and when you on auto-topup, when there is still value in there, you can't get your refund through ATMs (which is already ridiculously inconvenient coming from this digital era) what makes things worse, I went to those MRT ticket office where their website says can get refund, but I am asked to fill in a ridiculously complicated form and need to submit the form back to the office, physically. seriously..

worst app for a big company, especially the auto top up function. it's appalling to see a company so big with a app so lousy. even those shopping website app is better then yours. customer service is non existent with the chat ending abruptly. unclear instructions for auto top up. why need to access website for a simple credit card change. lock people nets card just like that. it's totally laughable

Looks like i am not the only one facing the issue of app hanging during the "Reading Card" process during topping up of cashcard. Initially it worked fine, but recently it ALWAYS happen whenever i try to top up my cashcard and it just causes more inconvenience when the app just decided to hang. This app is supposed to provide convenience to the user. But yet it causes more inconveniences. Please send your software engineer for courses if it is the app issue. Otherwise please upgrade your server.
