Been using for awhile, was fine. Like many recent reviews here, I do experienced same issue! CANNOT TOP UP USING THIS APP lately! Reinstalled, re-added both my DBS debit cards, still NOT WORKING. It says " Error " .... Need to look for NETS machine in the middle of the night to exit carpark.. Can you rectify and fix the problem soon? I'm not alone!!

This app will give you cancer. Unless you need digital record of your transactions, just use the top up machine available in car parks directly instead of using this to top up - it'll save you the frustration and numerous, repeated hoops you have to jump through.

Not able to top and add any credit card to the app. Helpdesk not easily available, only provide email contact. I emailed to helpdesk and they just go around in circles, telling me to try uninstall, clear cache, use new card etc. I already mentioned I tried all this in the initial mail to save their troubleshoot time, but each time I got told to try the same thing. which still does not work..
