I believe it's not just the app that is bad. It's the customer service as well. I went through 4 calls with the customer service to help me do one simple thing: Change my credit card details for auto top up. For the 4th call, I didn't even manage to get to a customer service rep, I was hung up on after waiting for so long.

Hi Gerald, you can edit the credit card registered for your Auto Top-up on NETS App itself. Launch NETS App, scroll down to NETS Motoring | FlashPay | Autopass >> select Auto Top-up >> select "Update Credit/ Debit Card Details"

Very stupid design. If the data is in the card and you need to scan the card to get it, let it be. However, you could at least show which card is registered and the status of the card. Customer can have more than 1 card and each may or may not be activated with your company. This is a minimum you could do. Allow basic info to be displayed for ease of use. In addition, could store last scanned data and tell customer to rescan for latest status. This should not be difficult to implement.

Hi Daryl, if you have multiple cards, you can scan with the app and it will show you if the card is active/ blocked/ terminated. Showing last scanned data when the data is not updated will cause confusion, as users will think they still have a lot of card balance but in reality they really need to top up or risk being stuck at car parks.

very lousy apps can't even login no matter how many time u try and even the email & password was corrected the system will sure shows you your email & password doesn't matches 😑😑😑😤😤😤. very annoying and the most angry was fingerprint login also can't proceed, what's the point of this apps still staying in app store ??? And this type of rating so low can get out of play store already. Give up the space for new apps better then this lousy useless app.
