Worse app ever. Slow and hangs all the time. Doesn't scan properly. Sometimes, when I'm able to scan my flashpay and when the payment goes through, it hangs and cannot read the card halfway through. It's a headache. It's an amateur mistake by a big company that doesn't seem to bother about the many feedbacks given by users.

It would be more convenient if we are able to pay any outstanding balance and get our card unblocked in this app as well instead of heading down to the service centre just to do that. What's more, this function can be done anywhere & anytime instead of only during office hours.

The app is claiming that I am not connected to the internet after I've tried deleting the app, restarting my devices, restarting my wifi, using mobile data, checking if its the connection between my devies and the wifi router. It still consistently tells me I am not connected to the internet. Please assist.
