Uber Delivery for delivering small parcels around the city. The courier will arrive by car or moped.

Rides with additional stops
In the Uber AZ app, you can request rides with multiple stops. Just enter the addresses, the app will map the best route, and you'll see the ride price upfront.

Ride history
If you accidentally leave something behind after your ride, you can call the driver directly from the ride history section in the app within 24 hours. You can also check the license plate number and pickup/destination addresses for any ride you took.

Favorite places and smart routes
Add addresses and places to your favorites to save time entering them manually. The app will show you convenient pickup spots within a 2-3 minute walk. Choose a convenient place to start your ride faster and save more.

Track parcels in real time
Choose the Delivery tariff if you need to quickly deliver flowers, documents or gifts. A courier will come to you, pick up the package and carefully deliver it to the recipient. You will see the courier route on the map.

After your ride is over, you can rate and even tip the driver.

Ratings and reviews

App has been glitching a lot recently. When the driver accepts the order, you receive a notification but the screen doesn't update to the order status. Instead, it shows that it's still searching for a driver (though it's not). Other than that, I can confidently say I had minimal issues with Uber. I will update this review once it's fixed.

It is useless app. It charges you 2 times more than other taxi apps like bolt and some othet local taxi services.Map is useless. Drivers always arrive late, sometimes they dont move on map. then call you and shout at you. It is also very annoying to see Uber Azerbaijan's ad on youtube almost every minute. Dont make people sick of you with your annoying online advertising, bettet go fix your service, it will be a real marketing!

Only problem for me is map. I can't find in English in Russian or Azerbaijani . Sometimes the name of place is in English so when i try to find by using local keyboard it is not successful. Some places are not included the map meanwhile i can find it in google maps and bolt taxi app easily and the map itself is not clear. It is very hard to drop a pin by using map to find a place .
