LWS Journey: The LWS Journey feature allows app users to add a start and end destination, with the journey between the two being monitored automatically.
Alerts or notifications can be sent to designated contacts upon arrival or if expected arrival time is missed.
Evidence Recording: The LWS Protect lone worker app can be configured to begin recording through the users smartphone camera and microphone when a lone worker alert is triggered.
This can provide stored, recorded evidence, as well as enabling nominated contacts to understand the problem in real time.
24/7 Monitoring: We utilize a dedicated ARC (Alarm Response Centre) to provide access to 24/7/365 assistance in an emergency.
Two way communication is available via the app and/or lone worker device.
Self monitoring is also available for teams that prefer an in-house response.
Countdown Timer: A timer can be enabled to allow workers to enter a potentially dangerous situation in the knowledge that if they don't check-in before the timer runs out an alert will automatically be raised.
Privacy Settings: User location can be hidden via the app if desired. Data controls exist to ensure user data is managed in line with user needs and/or company policy.
Fall Detection: The app can detect potential falls and raise an alert.
Mass Communication: This functionality enables alerts and messaging to broadcast to multiple individuals or groups, helping to keep groups of people safe.
Geofencing: This feature logs when a user enters or leaves predefined high-risk areas.
It can also be used to help ensure staff do not enter unsafe or no go zones.
GPS Tracking: All our lone worker solutions have GPS tracking as standard. This means that help can be sent to exactly where it’s needed when required, even if the lone worker is uncommunicative.
It also allows for greater transparency into where team members are.
