BUILT AROUND MOVEMENT PATTERNS
The program is structured around 6 training days per week: each foundational movement trained twice, plus a dedicated day for volume and variation.
Squat pattern - twice per week plus a dedicated leg day
Bench pattern - twice per week plus a dedicated chest day
Deadlift pattern - twice per week plus a dedicated back day
