M&S is a UK brand known as a premium label in India, especially recognized for its quality materials and stitching. I’ve been a regular customer, shopping both online and in-store. However, I’ve noticed a significant difference in quality between the two. The in-store products are better than what’s delivered through online purchases.Items bought online often appear worn or returned, with poor stitching and the material feels cheap. Considering the high price point, the quality is declining.

bad experience. got scammed. they sent me wrong product, when I initiated return, no one has come to pick up and falsely said multiple attempts and i was not available. bad experience. disappointed.

they started with new scam u purchase a product in sale then they will cancel that item purchased and u can see same peiduct availble on line on sale but cost increase .then y was article canceeled if its in stock n same is now sold in increased amout.pathetic
