BEWARE ! of buying on line products thru the M&S app pathetic and misguiding. Worst of all, after I recd the products I just can't find the return policy anywhere on the app. no customer care. Old valued customers like me don't appreciate this attitude. Think twice before you buy on line stuff. what they show and what they deliver is totally different.

It was a very bad return process, I called the helpline number and was told that the product will be picked up in 2 and it's been 2 weeks still there is no update and they keep putting my call on hold every time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One star is mainly for the delivery experience. They have tie up with Xpressbees and xpressbees is the worst of all the last mile delivery partners out here in India. I had to wait for 14 days and cancel my order. Money was held for 14 days plus the number of days they are going to take this process the refund.
