Does not work with a passwd manager, does not handle delays I store my credit card numbers in my password manager. This app prevents me from copying and pasting details from there, requiring me to manually enter everything. Last time I used Super Shuttle, even thought they had flight info, they did not use it to tell the driver that we were delayed by several hours. There is no way to say we need time after the plane arrives to get checked luggage. Our driver had to wait during this time.

I really enjoy using Super Shuttle, the drivers are very nice & safe drivers, I also like the fact that if your flight is delayed for any reason, Super Shuttle is on top of it and makes sure you are taken to your drop off point no matter the time, Super Shuttle takes care of its customers and treats you as such. Thanks Super Shuttle for all that you and your drivers do It's most appreciated. Happy customer

Overall it was easy to use, but there was no confirmation of the number of passengers scheduled for the ride and it looked like it changed IADs address to one of its parking addresses in the final screen. So I'll have to call and confirm to make sure I was booked properly just to be sure. in a recent booking it also gave my street address for pickup. but no zip or city. Eventhough the map had the right area, I'm still not getting complete information confirmation. how does the driver know ?
