The app is good for information only. The app is not capable enough to handle transactions. I had booked a movie yesterday, I didn't receive neither sms/email. I was also little late for the movie, because of this issue, was further late. The team were least bothered to offer an alternative.

Not fit for purpose. Insecure app and site resulting in notifications from 3 major browsers of potential identity theft. Currently not working for payments due, I expect, to this issue. Constantly crashes and becoming a real pain. Customer support limited to not fixing with try again later mentality. They need to sort or I hope someone will recommend an alternative that works.

Spent half an hour trying to book two tickets. Horribly made app. Keeps showing message "can't connect to server". When I select the seats finally and try to pay, the screen gets stuck and no payment portal comes. I finally managed to book it throught the website, and I chose for the option to get the tickets sent by whatsapp and paid QAR 1 extra for it. I never received it. Openly stealing money from people also.
