its very bad app. when i book ticket through this app. i try to change date and time, as per customer care service they cant able to cancel or time change. i try with them many time. refund also not possible as per them. very worst app recommended to buy ticket physically can save your extra charge. Now i paid extra 3 qar for nothing. only showoff...Worst worst worst at all. 👎👎👎👎👎

Such a terrible and frustrating app. Even though you charge fees when we book tickets, you should at least provide reliable technical support and proper customer service. I honestly wonder how this platform is allowed to handle ticket bookings when basic technical issues cannot be resolved. What is the point of charging booking fees if customers cannot even complete their bookings? I tried to book a ticket today, but the app keeps redirecting me back to the same page, do something

late night shows warning/note blocked from further access to book tickets. need update for Android 15+
