Ratings and reviews

I like the app & the idea of a seperate app for just passbook. I would like to suggest the passbook should have two more features. 1. View for a specific period. Suppose I want to see transactions of 3 yr back, I will need to click the load older transaction button 36 times. I want that in just one click. 2. Interest certificate should also be available on this app. Apart from the efforts, the app is really good and saved my bank visit as well as is safe to be kept in phone.

Extremely slow to logon, does not update passbooks, almost always login takes 10-15 attempts showing connection time out and no response from CBS errors. Why is it that all banks even small co-op banks are able to get fast, better looking and better performing apps ? Is is developed by amateurs ? Doesn't look good for such a big nationalised bank to have such pathetic apps. Better not to have one than such an app 25.7.2026 has completely stopped working since about a month completely useless

Very poor service. The app always takes long time to fetch informations and the server is the worst.. There are too much bugs in this application, developers please look after this thing. It does nothing but harasses the common customers. I will say please use this app only to often see "Unable to connect right now, please try again later...!"
