Use your CIF and registered mobile number to login to the app . OTP will be sent to the registered mobile numbers with the bank.

Ratings and reviews

Very poor service. The app always takes long time to fetch informations and the server is the worst.. There are too much bugs in this application, developers please look after this thing. It does nothing but harasses the common customers. I will say please use this app only to often see "Unable to connect right now, please try again later...!"

After May 2020 update the pass book is not synchronizing regularly. It takes four or five days to synchronize.. I have made Compliant thro Mail. The pass book entries, account details are not getting update.Eorr unable to process. Often getting stuck and every time we have to uninstall & reinstall the as per the directive of customer service of CBoI. Please make some permenant solution. THIS APP HAS BECOME USELESS.

Basic requirement of viewing transactions in all our accounts is fulfilled in this particular app, but this may be possible when app runs smoothly. That opportunity is always exceptional. Most of the times, app remains inactive and says "try after some time" or "unable to process your request". Sometimes says "update available please update before proceeding"; but no new version is available in play store. This is very pathetic, but everyday experience Please fix the problem immediately.
