Reported an issue in December, never heard back and the issue is still there. I've resent the email. I'll change my feedback if/when the issue is resolved. Edit: what in the world is going on? Previously you were fast to reply and fast to fix issues. This issue has been here all year. I didn't just start paying this much per month on a whim when their are cheaper options, the way you quickly dealt with issues came into that choice. Thja feature was one of the things that made you stand out

I didn't understand how to use text app yet and I told me I used up my free to use movement. if I can't even learn how to use the app before the free trial ends what's the point in paying. free trial use should be time based (2 hours) not clicking and canceling a walk while learning. I won't pay for this app as a new potential customer that needs time to learn.

Absolutely do not buy this app for long term use. This app only works when the phone is working. Shuts off when the phone is not active.
