• View/Edit consumer profile.
• Manage up to 30 Consumer numbers in one user account.
• Check Bill Details for the past 24 months and download in PDF format.
• Check Consumption Details for the past 24 months.
• Check Payment History for the past 24 months.
• Transaction History - Receipt PDF download.
• View bill details and pay your bills using credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking.
• Notifications alerting bill due date, payment confirmation, etc.
All you need:
• A smartphone with Android Operating System (OS 5.0 or above).
• Internet connectivity such as GPRS/EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi.

I tried to register new account but because of some error I couldn't got otp. Next day I tried but it is showing the message that already registered. so I didn't register. very bad system. Then I tried to login as guest but it says mobile number not matching. It is false information message because I provide correct mobile number

Not even able to register complaints. It says complaint already submitted because apparently they haven't closed my previous complaint. This app is just another way for kseb officials to loot tax payer money.

I'm living in a rented house and whenever I try to register a power cut complaint with the correct consumer number, the app returns an error message "user is not matching; please try to login again." If the user is living in a rented house, it's obvious that names will be mismatched from the owner's name. Make the app flexible enough to register our grievances easily no matter if it's the owner of the house or a tenant. Note: I'm using the latest version of the app.
