Ratings and reviews

It's great when it's working but customer service is non existent when it has a problem.I have used the app for quite some time and all was well. Yesterday I opened the app and the airport I am registered for has been changed to a completely different airport and despite several emails I have not even had a reply. As the app is now locked to an airport where I don't work it effectively useless to me. By all means use the app but don't expect any support when they change things and mess it up !

Every time I open it it just goes to a loading screen. One time I managed to re login; used it again a week later and back to the loading screen with no option to do anything. Pressing back closes the app, force closing it and outgoing again goes back to a loading screen. Unusable.

I've to give bad rating for this. I work at Manchester Airport and I only use this to check schedule flights and gates. For those getting a staff bus, pin point location of the bus is a joke!
