Kshemam Health App, developed by Kshemam Health Solutions Private Limited (Kshemam), delivers affordable, personalized tools to help people live healthier lives.
Health Monitoring (Activity & Fitness, Sleep Management, Wellness Management)
App has features for logging health and wellness data, symptoms, viewing health history, sharing, and receiving alerts. Users can connect with Kshemam Band (K-Band) or other smart wearables automatically record their wellness data. The App also connects with some Bluetooth-enabled devices to automatically track health metrics such as blood pressure and blood glucose. Users can also manually log health data from unsupported devices.
Sharing
Kshemam App saves users data in Kshemam Cloud securely. Sharing of data with followers (e.g., family, caregivers) approved by the user is facilitated through the Kshemam Cloud. Followers are required to download Kshemam Health App and register with the phone numbers that are used for sharing.
Alerts
Receive personalized health alerts, notifications, and reminders. Kshemam helps users stay informed and manage their health with timely updates.
Health Connect Integration - NEW
Kshemam integrates with Google Health Connect to sync data with other health and fitness apps. We comply with Health Connect Permissions and Google’s Limited Use policies. Data from Health Connect is never used for marketing or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Free to Use
Kshemam Health App is free to download and use for health tracking and sharing. Certain advanced features will need monthly subscription. The Kshemam Band is available for purchase and includes 3 months of free premium services. Monthly subscriptions are available at a low cost.
