One of the worst airline apps I’ve used — it feels like a perfectly preserved product from 30 years ago, with great care taken not to improve anything. Make one small change in your search? Start over. Dates disappear, nothing is saved, and you’re back to clicking through a painfully slow calendar month by month. Planning ahead becomes a test of patience. Waste of time. False availability of flights, constant errors and crashing, terrible customer service. Used to be good but save your time and effort and use other airline programs.

Terrible issues recently . Hopefully it's temporary. every click logs me out and demands i receive an otp. After receiving 5 otps it locks me out and says to wait 24 hours. I have lifemiles plus as well as the elite credit card, but I get no effective service. on another note, last month I got an email that my card failed to pay the subscription. I deleted the card and put the same one back in (amex avianca elite) now I see i was charged 2 twice. smh. I hope they get it together.
