Waste of time. False availability of flights, constant errors and crashing, terrible customer service. Used to be good but save your time and effort and use other airline programs.

Terrible issues recently . Hopefully it's temporary. every click logs me out and demands i receive an otp. After receiving 5 otps it locks me out and says to wait 24 hours. I have lifemiles plus as well as the elite credit card, but I get no effective service. on another note, last month I got an email that my card failed to pay the subscription. I deleted the card and put the same one back in (amex avianca elite) now I see i was charged 2 twice. smh. I hope they get it together.

This app is rife with bugs. Login bugs, bugs where a mix of languages display (you can do your search in English, but your results will be Spanish). Connection errors, you name it. It's also poorly designed; dates aren't clearly stated when moving between days so it's easy to lose track of what you're looking at, the app is missing a lot of information about the flights themselves, and changing routes requires restarting the entire search again (even though this is a common interaction).
