Terrible issues recently . Hopefully it's temporary. every click logs me out and demands i receive an otp. After receiving 5 otps it locks me out and says to wait 24 hours. I have lifemiles plus as well as the elite credit card, but I get no effective service. on another note, last month I got an email that my card failed to pay the subscription. I deleted the card and put the same one back in (amex avianca elite) now I see i was charged 2 twice. smh. I hope they get it together.

It is annoying that frequently requires log in again in each section. And today, for example, requires reset the password even when I log in through Google.

I've spent a long time trying to find flights and the app is so slow, but then has only a handful of bottom economy seats available. this app is terrible
