I have been a customer for 3 month and so on. I would like to thanks this MVNO for their product. Everything is clear for me and precise. The consumption and the bill. The bad thing is the customer support. There is not life chat.. and they need a lot of time to respond. But overall i am happy. Je suis content

Worst service ever. I ordered a sim card around a month ago and I never received it at my address. I paid 10€ for the sim card. And now after a month I get charged for 8.99€ for the forfait and my number never gets activated. You cannot call them. Please be aware of the scam

The worst MVNO operator in France. No any customer service. Not even an online chat like the others. You can only post in their forum and they never reply...I got a problem of not receiving my SIM card, but they didn't help on that
