Terrible experience. I made a withdrawal days ago, but the funds have still not reached my bank account. What's even worse is that customer support has completely ignored my messages, making it impossible to obtain the transaction details my bank requires to investigate. Keeping customers waiting while holding their money is unacceptable. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform.

my referral reward has been on pending for almost a month now and didn't drop in my balance, same goes for my kyc application for that it's been almost 2 months for that matter I chatted support on the app and for once I've never received any response. wanted to use my zar wallet card for payments online but my kyc has been on pending for long time. so frustrating honestly cause supports system is trash honestly.

1 Star. This app promises Invitation Rewards and Verification Rewards, but in reality the reward distribution is extremely slow and unreliable. I had to wait almost 3 weeks just to receive part of my reward, and even now some rewards are still missing after another 4–5 days. The live support is completely useless. They never take any real action and only send the same copy-paste responses repeatedly. There is no clear explanation, no proper update, and no transparency regarding reward eligibil
