Terrible experience. I made a withdrawal days ago, but the funds have still not reached my bank account. What's even worse is that customer support has completely ignored my messages, making it impossible to obtain the transaction details my bank requires to investigate. Keeping customers waiting while holding their money is unacceptable. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform.

I'm experiencing the same issue with the wallet. I joined and invited people from my community, but most of them are still stuck on the waitlist even though they appear in the referral section. The waitlist number hasn't changed for days, which makes the referral system seem ineffective. Please look into this and provide an update.

I had a disappointing experience with Zar Wallet. My referral rewards were paused without a clear explanation, and I couldn't get a transparent resolution. Until this issue is fairly reviewed, I can't recommend this app.
