Applied for the virtual card via referral and completed my KYC verification. It claimed to take 2 minutes, but it's been stuck on pending for over 10 hours. Others get verified instantly, yet mine shows no progress or error option to retry. Support is completely unresponsive on live chat. Very disappointing experience—please resolve this issue!

I am extremely disappointed with the support and service.worst customer I have been facing an issue with the $1 pending claim/payment for more than a month. I contacted customer support two weeks ago, and they told me that they would look into the issue, but nothing has been resolved yet. I have been trying to contact them again for the past few days, but I am not getting any proper response. The only reply I received was that they would check the issue, but there has been no update since then.

I have been waiting for my virtual card for 7 days, but the status is still stuck on “Creating Your Card.” I have contacted support multiple times, but getting a response has been very difficult. I was asked to contact support from my own account, which I have now done, but the issue is still unresolved. Please look into this problem and provide a proper update. I hope ZAR Wallet can improve its support response time and resolve card-related issues faster.
