I LOVE this game 😭 I got a new phone yesterday and now I've lost access to my account! There isn't even an option to log in. The account center is just completely empty, oh, well unless I want to cancel my account lmao what account!?? I can't even log in. I feel so defeated after all of this BS the past 6 months. I already had to start from scratch once.

Terrible. The game goes down in our region, and I can't log in anymore. Thousands of dollars spent on skins/boards and gifting friend all gone with 0 notice and no way of getting my stuff back. There isn't even a customer support team, so cool. DO NOT INVEST MONEY or get used to anything as well as Global friends are all gone just Check discord server for more facts.

the game was fun... but since they decided to switch over and isolate the North American server.. from the global server alot of features was removed active events that was participating in still active but can't access the mode is no longer there... and lost progress on draw history which prevents limited edition ig products... probably missing items as well... alot of people can't even access their account... it's been days with no word... overall bad business... since they don't can care..bye
