2nd Update: it got worse Now, instead of just not sending notifications, the app just logs you out. It makes communication with apartment management and other residents unreliable. Notification dont always show up when messages are received. Does not load or recognize messages being sent unless you close and reopen the app. The app crahses and logs out of the account consistently. Fail all around, the old management team app was better. All they changed was the layout and made more problems.

Works as expected... As long as u make sure 2 open it daily so that it doesnt glitch in2 displaying 0 messages from ur apt unless u restart the app. And just how will u know when 2 restart the app? When u realize its been several weeks/months since ur apt mgmt has posted any new messages so u check in 2 see if theres anything u missed, but before u can click on anything, a pop up says the app needs to be restarted, so u do only 2 find about 10-15 missed messages from the last 3 months. Fix this!

I have tried uninstalling and installing. It's just not working. I put in my email and code that they want. Then it goes to the page telling me that it might want an email and password. But won't go any further. So why have an app that doesn't work.
