Great when it works, but it logs me out every few days and doesn't recognize my email/number for sending the activation code 50% of the time. (Error: "We couldn't find that email or mobile number. Please try again.") I basically have to remember to retry every few hours until it goes through, only to do it all again a few days later, when I realize I haven't gotten any notifications recently. Note: My apartment complex only uses this app for package notifications.

Wont let me log in anymore. Not sure if its an update thing or what, I used to be able to long in pretty easy, not says I need a verification code to set up my account and can't find my email or phone number. When I was able to log in, I couldn't pay rent through the app anyway (would redirect to my property's website and had to log in there). Decent messaging system, although responses were always slow, so I'm not sure if that's a notification issue or app issue.

This app is absolutely horrible! When I first downloaded it and created an account, it worked great. Now for the last 5 months or longer, it will not work at all. It keeps sending me a verification code, and once I enter it, it says account not found or not authorized. It takes me to the change password screen and still says "user not authorized"!
