The app is now completely useless. I used to use it to pay my rent, submit maintenance requests, and read messages from the apartment manager. Now I can't even log in. It says "Failed login: Sign in was not authorized. Please use the Forgot Password button below". I tried to reset the password. I received to code via email but when I enter the new password, check the box agreeing to terms, and click submit, I get the same error message.

This app no longer works. It stopped allowing me to pay rent through it. Now, I cannot submit maintenance requests because nothing appears in the category drop-downs. Had to reinstall several times, but can't submit anything.

It won't even let me set up a password! Gets to the create password screen, and then just keeps failing to register it, without telling me why, or how to fix it.
