Born 40 years ago, our company has been providing comprehensive assistance services to travelers ever since. Our global operations serve customers across five continents through our 24/365 multilingual call centers located across the world. Starting March 2018, Universal Assistance is part of Cover-More Group, the travel assistance and travel insurance division of Zurich Insurance Group.

In the event of a health mishap, legal problem, loss of luggage, passport or documents, a simple phone call sets into motion the most state-of-the-art assistance system.

Contract is stupidly badly written. They will find ANY excuse to not pay. App works bad. Phones posted don't work and they tell you any weird random thing to not let you get paid. Not recommended at all. Shame on this app and company.

I don'r get why have a bot, if you are going to recieve vague answers, and then be told that what you just did is not covered by the insuarence. Also, the links given don't work.

Assistance while traveling is limited. Call in numbers don't work, when somebody finally takes the call takes they will find any excuse not to pay. Do not rely on them.
