About this app

RG Driver is the official app for drivers and companions responsible for transporting patients scheduled through the RG Cidadão system.

With navigation integrated with Google Maps and real-time updates, the driver can accurately track each stage of the trip—from the first pick-up to the completion of the itinerary.

In the app you can:
- View scheduled trips with all stops and passengers
- View the complete route before leaving and during the trip
- Confirm patient pick-up at each stop
- Register attendance via QR Code
- Manually reorder stops when the itinerary requires it
- Receive real-time alerts about changes to the trip—new passengers, added or removed stops
- Work offline: data is automatically synchronized upon reconnection

Integrated with municipal management, RG Driver ensures complete traceability of transportation, reduces operational errors, and improves the quality of patient care.
