On 30 Nov 202t, the Mobility Security Awareness test in GSB app is misleading. Applications in Google Play Store or Apple Store are not always reliable. Sometimes it may contains trojan whoch Play store canot detected. GSB Mobile Security Awareness team should aware this issue and dont mislead users to just "always" trust and freely to download applications from Play Store. Users should use only apps from reliable publishers in Play Store is better.

Terrible. All of a sudden, I could open the App. It keeps asking me to connect 3G, 4G, 5G etc. My phone is connected to 5G yet still couldn't open the App.

Gate way time out? What is wrong with the app? I have been trying in log in to my account but it does not work, could not login by my fingerprint nor even pass code. Really bad service. You guys really need to fix it immediately. Also today is May 26 I cannot use this app still. Said I need to update app but it is already in the lasted version, I did uninstall app but still say the same. This is so silly.
