Ratings and reviews

It doesn't always accept my credit card when buying a ticket and I've had to go to the website. It doesn't always load the boarding pass when boarding the bus so it's best to take a screenshot of your boarding pass or download it before your trip. It doesn't always show stops the bus will make en route. I just bought a ticket today and it wouldn't give me the option of NOT paying for medical assistance even though I reloaded it several times. Other than that - no problems.

When trying to pay with credit card, it sends a text, but the text does not arrive before the purchase window closes, or when returning to the app to enter the code, it resets, so you have to start over. When clicking Paypal, the app does not move forward. We wasted 1.5 hrs. between last night and this morning trying to buy the ticket and when we got to the bus station to buy in person, the time we wanted was full. Worthless app.

If there's a way to successfully purchase tickets using this app, without it crashing, or stealing your money and not actually resulting in you getting a bus ticket, I'd really like to learn it. Tried multiple cards, and PayPal, none worked. What a shame and disappointment, this is basic functionality and whoever coded this app hasn't been able to add this into it. :-/
