As a technical service program, we provide operational convenience to companies involved in technical service, job tracking, and after-sales service management.

With the FieldCo. technical service program, you can instantly view the work performed by your field teams and sub-services, and track your personnel's location on a map using GPS, both online and mobile.

We're putting an end to paper service forms. You can customize your technical service forms for your company. You can create detailed forms with a unique numbered barcode, customer and product details, a description of the work performed, and cost items. When the job is completed, the customer's signature, obtained through the mobile technical service program, and the technician's signature on their profile are sent to this form as a PDF via email or SMS.

The FieldCo. technical service program, meters, or checklists are included in the service form in the same way. We create much more than the service form you're used to. Most importantly, photos taken by field personnel are added to these forms, along with your markings. Technicians answer the multiple-choice checklist questions you define on the field, and you can even require them to take photos on a per-question basis. All your data is stored in true cloud technology, allowing you to enjoy fast, efficient operation.
