Ratings and reviews

My rating is for the MyCWT service and app both. I've had multiple cases where I made reservations through MyCWT, only to find that no tickets were ever issued by the airline. The app won't allow me to make changes to my profile to add a credit card. The customer service agents can usually get issues resolved, but doing so is extremely time consuming. I only use the app because the service is compelled by work; there's no way I would use it otherwise.

Slow, expensive, dropped reservations, and customer service with agents that have no authority to fix CWTs mistakes. I will not book through them ever again. Most recent experience was a ticket that took multiple chat sessions and calls to finally get booked, at a higher price because CWT didn't put the original booking through in time, and I get to pay a $26 "service" fee on top. On the airline site, I would have been done in 19 minutes, at the original lower price without the service fee.

Please allow a toggle to un-group different reservations during the week. It is very annoying to have every reservation of the week grouped as one trip. It would be nice to have an option to turn this off. Also, could you create a toggle to turn off the big warning if I have a flight scheduled, but no accompanying hotel reservation? Every time I try to make a hotel reservation to a location, other than the one with the flight, it pre-populates the location with the "flight" city. Annoying.
