I suffer from lack of focus and motivation. I gave this app a try out of curiosity because a friend suggested it. first few days I couldn't feel difference, but from the second week it helped me clearly get back to "the moment" and focus on what I'm doing. this got me back to the motivation, and the vicious circle broke! and from now on it becomes a nice habit. the design is easy to use and track improvement. I highly recommend it to ppl who want more focus,less distraction and inner calmness.

I truly see and feel the value of this app.it still has growing pains however. I'm not able to download sessions in the leadership module. I have completed all the sessions (many times) in the "be well" module, but the app indicates that I've still got two more to complete? Little glitches like that can get frustrating and difficult to navigate around.

The navigation is very confusing and not intuitive. It seems to ask for more money when I already paid the subscription for life. It kind of blocks the phone after a meditation and navigating back to close the app is really convoluted. We'll see how this evolves. For now is an average app
