The app has several issues. The back button exits the app instead of navigating within it, making the experience frustrating. Performance is slow, and product details, especially for cosmetics, are lacking. Beymen’s own brand feels like a cheaper version of other premium brands—prices are slightly reduced, but the quality suffers, which affects trust and the overall experience.
