COMPLETE SCAM — STAY AWAY! They charged my card instantly, then left my order "pending" for 8 DAYS with no progress. Support pretends to help but gives the same excuse: "technical issues" and "high order volume" — no timeline, no solution. I even offered to pick it up myself — they refused. Canceled the order, still waiting on a refund. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this app at all costs!

Can't add an item to cart if not logged in. The message says contact customer support. Then it fail at the very last step to pay. After clicking confirm button, guess what same error message. Then I figured it timed out because I was not fast enough to enter address and payment information. Are they even testing this app

EDIT#02 Austria. I have tried from a different Android phone, same issue. When I enter my details and tap Log in button, nothing happens.The app doesn't respond or proceed to the next screen, so I can't sign in. I've tried multiple times, but the button doesn't seem to recognize my tap. Same happens if I try to log in with code. Usually when code is entered, next scren automatically appears, here nothing. Sometimes I get the message "Something went wrong". Maybe we should proceed via email. Tnx
