My experience is awful. While the company advertises cheap per day pricing for 30 days. what they don't outwardly state in is that if you don't cancel before those 30 days are up, they're going to charge you $49.99 a month & no, they will not refund you. I've been debating with them for weeks & yet nothing. I tried to correct the issue and ask for a refund & emailed them within a few hours of the charge coming out of my account, yet nothing. So mad w/these new companies & their customer service

The content & interaction with this app was completely misleading, just a lot of reading about vaguely interesting information related to the human brain. My request for a refund was responded to so quickly, I suspect the whole thing is an AI program in order to earn $10 (they offered me a 50% refund despite being against their policy. Suspect!)

Glitchy, frustrating app offering no real value. The first lesson is to "look people in the eye and give a firm handshake". Every page takes forever to load, every video stops after a few minutes to buffer. When I asked for a refund I was told they couldnt refund my payment-made 30 mins ago-due to "personal preferences". We'll see what the bank has to say about that. RUN: dont waste your time and money on these Scammers. Just a bunch of videos cobbled together from youtube, no value whatsoever
