I cannot use the app after update, I just bought the 1 year pack... please, I need this to work again. Please make this app viable using mobile data.. cause, this "contact support" screen I assume occur while I use mobile data, whereas when I use wi-fi there's no problem at all.. I mean My connection is very stable Like I can stream 1080p etc without buffering.. but why can't I use this app that I already pay?

I love the app and it's interface, there are a few bugs like sometimes when writing the kanji it gives you an unrelated kanji to write, or in conversation practice it will bug and say my answer is wrong when it matches the correction, but other than that everything is great.

For me, this app is broken - I can't write any kanji when the app asks me to draw them. No matter how many times I try to draw, nothing happens and I have to skip all those exercises.
