Skeptical about the hypnotherapy at first but it actually works. The emotional eating session made me realize things about my habits I never thought about before and the late night cravings have genuinely calmed down. The app is clean and easy to use. AI meal scanner saves so much time and having the mindset work and nutrition tracking together just makes sense. If you feel like your eating issues run deeper than willpower, this app gets that.

I'm really enjoying this as a new way to be mindful about my weight and health. I've tried Noom before and like this better. It feels more personal and very calming with the hypnosis messages. They feel like meditation sessions focused on positivity and I really love that aspect. The meal tracking is a bonus. Love it!

This app is so user friendly and well designed. It has multiple different functions as well so I don't need other apps since it combines a food tracker and journal. I can't wait to keep using it.
