Tried multiple times to login and it says can't find username. Tried changing my password multiple times and still does the same thing. Shop some where else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having trouble login in for over a week. Difficult to use!

Password reset process is frustrating (and features a very obvious typo: varification). It doesn't tell you the password requirements or if you're meeting them until after you submit and are at the *verification* stage. Please fix. Also everyone I know screenshots the QR code to avoid using the app as much as possible because its buggy and the store has awful wifi/signal.
