crashes all the time. demands permissions that should be optional (notifications). I managed to set up my shower over a year ago, but now I can't use the app to make adjustments to presets. I found a defect in the shower firmware and they told me they would not fix that either. very disappointing for such an expensive product.

Can't even get past the signup screen to begin using the app... Just tells me to enter valid information... Which I have. App was last updated 2019?! Moen... Get it together! Edit to Moens response: The problem is not my password, it's that I can't create account in the first place. I have tried calling and they couldnt help me - they said it's a problem for the app team. Since there's been no update in years, I doubt anything will happen though!

When we first set this up years ago (7yrs) it worked great. I stopped using the app for year. Thought I'd give it a try again and it is horrible. Keeps telling my invalid information. I was able to get in once. Then went back in to confirm everything was showing up and it told me invalid information. My shower that I just reset up was not there and no way to log back in.
