Very easy and friendly to use the app, but the thing is timing, there is no proper timing as mentioned in the app I have to wait for more than a hour to reach the desk

For issuence of learning license appointment I'm really tired to retry but at the end I never get the OTP for login.I contacted with national e-gov.service but also their answer wasn't so helpful.install, uninstall or reinstall nothing work.please fix this problem ASAP.Thanks .

We are sorry about your issue. You should contact "support.mawaeid@interior.gov.bh" for any technical support for the Mawaeid app. Your OTP issue could be fixed easily. Please contact support.mawaeid@interior.gov.bh with your CPR and mobile number.

It's very easy to use but they didn't follow the nomber because if I have appointment then should be on time but never on time always delay they west our time..not happy from there service its like 0 stars

Dear friend, If the appointment is not on time, thats not the problem of the app. If there are any issues with the app, your rating is acceptable. But if the app is easy to use, you should give a higher rating. Your frustration with the time is not a reason to give lower rating to the app. Please edit your review.
