There's a huge need for improvements. Edits when you want to delete a message instead of deleting it for the contact you aimed, the app wipes everything. updating profile, we can't disconnect & reconnect everytime we need to update our followers on social platforms. Quicker processes when there's applications for the campaign. U made it, or didn't shouldn't take 3 weeks. The app could inform us better what & who exactly is required for the campaign rather than bringing it x3 like the Kauai one

It doesn't show a true reflection of my stats for example it doesn't show my tiktok engagement which is my biggest platform as I have 15k followers and great engagement on my tiktok it means brands don't get to see that, it doesn't even update my YouTube subscribers which have grown by 200 ever since joining the app. It's basically impossible for me to get work as my humanz score is probably low. Very disappointing.

Whenever I try to login on web or another phone with the same email I registered with, it keeps telling me to enter details like I'm just signing up. And it won't even take me to the previous account. I can't add my twitter either. Keeps saying something went wrong.
