I've been at it, for the past 12hrs, the app on my devices, doesnt allow me to link with my Instagram or Facebook profiles...each time the prompt reads "Connect with Facebook", the immediate error is: User not found or the user is not a business or a creator. Please verify your details and make sure to become a business or creator account. Please help, thank you

This app keeps crashing, pictures are taking long to show and when they do they are very poor. It's Always showing wrong icon button and us very slow.

I'm not the best app user on Humanz but the customer support & experience I received to help me on a recent campaign went above and beyond - I personally liked that! I received messages on time and managed to bid and submit links smoothly for this campaign, but it's the customer experience that really impressed me and made my experience on the app all the more better and easier.
