The app isn't very good, like at all. It doesn't recognize the products on the receipt half the time & when I email in my digital ones, I may be wrong for assuming it's being manually reviewed, but whether it is or not, they still don't recognize the products listed! Like, WHAT?! It's actually annoying having to reach out for missing box tops after every receipt cause they constantly miss stuff! Was never this bad until June, I feel. Ugh. I'll update my rating when they fix this disaster of app.

I find that AI fails about 15-20% of the time reading the receipts. This app is not grandma friendly. When it fails it is difficult to correct. I have to have my daughter send an explanation of the issue on my phone. I have yet to receive credit for my largest individual item purchase of 40 count fruit snacks to receive my free snack up to $12.00 cash back and credit to my Box Tops for Education account. There probably would be more use if the app were easier to use.

The "Contact Us" function directs you to the website which mostly directs you back to the app in an endless loop. The website claims there is a "Missed earnings" button in the app but there isn't. The receipts I try to submit don't scan and even when I email them in they don't pick up the proper items. Very inefficient. The offers available in the app are also very difficult to redeem, such as the rebate for purchasing one Box top item and one snack item.
