I like that you send money to the school but I ALWAYS have problems with the digital receipts cuz it never recognizes y'all's products and reporting them is so hard that you just usually give up. With paper receipts I always have to report missing items but at least worth the paper receipt the process is a little easier!! Y'all promote you want to help the schools but you definitely make the process VERY HARD!!! SO NOT COOL!!

Barely worth the effort. You're at the mercy of their AI scanning your image of your receipt and guessing what items are, which misses more often than it hits and sometimes won't give a list to pick from and I have to rescan the receipt. It misses things that qualify thinking they're something else and there's no way to attach a photo to the message you can send about a discrepancy. All that for a measly 10¢ is not worth it.

Needs Improvement. Receipts continue to say no eligible item even though the name of the product is clearly written on the receipt as opposed to being abbreviated. The email I receive tells me where to go for help if I believe there was an error with the submission, but this only takes me on a loop between several pages- none of which actually let me contact for help. I guess they don't really want to help schools.....
