Ratings and reviews

Like most users for reviews, it never recognizes common box top items. Honestly, I have had this app for a few years and it is not worth it. It used to work and I have to manually enter everything. Uninstalling app, if you curious to install just know there are hundreds of people saying the same thing, app doesn't work

What a horrible App! Constant error uploading receipt. I went to the store and literally bought 24 items of box tops & error after error. I went to digital after shopping again and nothing. Then went back to scanning after shopping AGAIN & it recognized 1 box top. I annotated the missing 8 items & forgot the 5 cans of soup. I went back & I could not edit. Tried to contact support, got instructions instead. I'm in NY supporting Grandkids in Wa state. This is ridiculous! OUT 41 OF 42 BOX TOPS!!!

So often I buy items and am not credited with the extra earnings or even the products themselves. It's a hassle to try and contact someone to obtain the additional credit. I do enjoy earning cash for the school I choose and watching the amount increase. In general the app is okay, but not 100 percent accurate.
