Ratings and reviews

There is absolutely no reason to make your employees put so much of their personal information into a third party database. The security risk is ridiculous and unnecessary. Beyond that, the functionality of the app is hit or miss at best. The few times I've tried to clock in and out for my breaks it either gives me the option to do so through the app or that option is missing entirely, forcing me to spend precious minutes of my break time to head between the front and back of the store.

I wish I could give the app a zero. Its ridiculous how little you can do on the app. I had to change my payment info, sounds easy. Turns out you just straight up can't do that on the app. So I go to my browser to get on the website I forgot my password so I click the reset my password. I get the email and press the reset button and when I do so it just takes me to the home page of the app. I get it resent 3 times, same thing. Guess thats something else you can't do on the app. Ridiculous

This app constantly logs me out, I don't think it's anything set by my employer because it doesn't happen to everyone across the board. I have a few coworkers that have to log their hours by hand because Bamboo won't send them a verification code to let them log back in. Pretty bad for an app that you have to have to use to clock in and out every day or put in for PTO. I might have to just pin the website on my phone instead of the app.
