Great hardware with a terrible app. The pen and notebooks are great. It captures your pen strokes almost perfectly, and it has been incredibly handy to have my work notes from my notebook at work accessible on my phone at home.... When the app works. To this day, I have frequent issues signing on, and when I switched from an iPhone to a Droid I basically had to start all over since none of my notebooks would transfer. It's so bad that I honestly wonder if I will continue to use the system.

Horrible. I thought this thing was going to be awesome and honestly, I loved using it (when It worked) even though the pen is uncomfortable and kind of ugly. But it crashed at least 3 times, I lost all my digital notebooks! I contacted customer service and they just kept looping me though disconnecting and reconnecting the thing. It's the equivalent of painting a lens on the back of ipod and selling it as a 15 Pro Max. Hate it. Would give 0 if I could.

Update. I sent email about my issue on feb 18. Moleskin has not responded. I spent alot of time and money on this set up only to be disssappointed. I write and journal every day and use the content for my speaking and teaching engagements. I thought this would be an easy way to take my writing to the digital format. I was wrong. First the pen would not transfer data to the app and now The app will not even open. I have lost 2 months worth of data and am extremely frustrated. Fix the bugs.
