I love how people don't bother to read the directions in the box. App works great if you follow directions. The light does not connect by Bluetooth. It connects to the built in wifi in the light. Turn on the light. Open up your device's wifi and connect to the light. You will be disconnected from your home's wifi at the time. For Android, you may get a message stating no network. Click keep connection. When you are done, turn off the light and your device will reconnect to your main wifi.

Photos aren't viewable in the photo gallery, but do work through the app or manually browsing to them in the file explorer. Regarding the photos themselves, the saved photo is offset (not centered) compared to what is on the screen at the time of capture, and there seems to be a loss in resolution compared to what is displayed live on the screen.

At first, this product was great. Had I remembered, I would've rated it at 4 stars. I've had it for 4 years now, and while I don't use it frequently, it has always given me great results. However, enter 2025, and it simply will not connect to my Wi-Fi. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, in addition to searching for possible resolutions, to no avail. Now I'm on the search for a newer product and am headed to urgent care.
