Parenting is a process that can be as challenging as it is loving. While mothers may be challenged by physical and emotional changes, especially in the postpartum period, fathers may also encounter various difficulties in adapting to their new roles. Babies, on the other hand, need their parents' support and a reassuring environment during the process of adapting to the world.
The application we developed is a digital guide that aims to help parents and babies manage this process in a healthier and more conscious way. We aim to contribute to the emotional development of babies while supporting the mental health of parents with unconscious affirmations and theta frequency sound recordings.
This application is specifically designed to help mothers reduce postpartum stress and anxiety, help fathers establish a stronger bond with their babies, and help babies have a more peaceful sleep pattern. In addition, it is expected to contribute to parents raising their children consciously by providing audio recordings that support the developmental processes of children between the ages of 0-10.
