Even simpler and faster to collect your parcels from a Locker! With the Mondial Relay app, open your locker remotely with your smartphone and let the magic happen… Ta-da! The door opens and your parcel is ready to be collected. A feature that's sure to bring a smile ;)
As an alternative to remote opening, the QR code and collection code are still available for retrieving a package.

🎁 SEND PACKAGES TO YOUR LOVED ONES
Want to send a loved one a special gift? Whether it's for a birthday or a forgotten item, don't worry! You can buy your labels directly from the "Send" tab in the app, starting at just €4.15. And the good news is: home delivery is now available throughout France. You can also send a package without a label, simply by dropping it in a Locker using a QR code. No more need for a printer, sending packages has never been easier!

➕ MANUALLY ADD A PACKAGE TO YOUR TRACKING
Is one of the packages you're expecting not showing up in your app? No worries, you can add it to your tracking by clicking the "+" and entering its tracking number.

📦 TRACK YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS' PACKAGES! The choice is yours! Securely add up to 5 email addresses and/or up to 5 mobile numbers to your profile. This allows you to track and collect additional packages: yours and those of your loved ones. Adding or removing an email/mobile number is just a click away!

Worst app ever. What's the point of asking for my mail address or phone number if you're gonna end up asking for both for verification ? Not only is this already upsetting, but you can't even connect because the app does not detect that I have clicked on the verification link on my mail — and won't send me a text message, while saying it did. Now I'm pretty sure I'm not scyzophrenic, and while I do have glasses, I'm PRETTY SURE my eyes aren't deceiving me as I do not see one single text. WAKE UP

seems to be only in french despite the service being available throughout europe

Terrible app. When in the app, requires you to register, only possible with a French phone number. Does not allow to change the prefix. Once in the app, constantly pops up "erreur". Lastly added 3 email addresses and still cannot get the pin code to get my parcel at the locker...
